Warranties

Our equipment carries a 12 month back to base warranty.  The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with returning the product to the supplier.  Please note that warranty does not extend to consumables.  The company will not be held responsible for any files that may be lost when installing software – it is recommended that all files be backed up prior to installation.

Returns

Items sold are on no return or no refund basis. In the unlikely event that a return is requested & granted, all returns must include original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc.  Shipping & handling fees are not refundable.  The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.  A 30% restocking & 5% handling fee will be charged.
